‍ ‍👋 I'm Dani, a product leader who builds cloud-based IT and security products and the teams behind them. My sweet spot is blending strategy, design, and technology to turn ambitious ideas into products people enjoy using.

I've led product and design organizations, helped create Falcon Next-Gen SIEM at CrowdStrike, and have spoken at many tech conferences. I also mentor up-and-coming designers and product professionals, because building great products is fun, but building up people is even better.

  • I define where a product is headed, what problems it solves today and what it should be ready to solve tomorrow.

  • I work with development and UX to turn customer problems into solutions, then with the rest of the business to bring them to market.

  • I gather user, market, trend and competitor data to guide teams toward the right decisions.

  • I've spent years shaping a leadership style built on empathy, service and guidance, hiring and empowering teams while helping them grow toward their career ambitions.
